Noel Guilford’s first non-executive directorship came in 1996, for Deva Designs Limited, a Chester-based design and marketing company. Noel is also Non-Executive Chairman of Debtmatters Group, an AiM listed plc and Livewire Capital, a Liverpool based investment fund, as well as the Forum of Private Business.
